About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for solo dedicated routes in Kokomo, IN. This is a full-time opportunity with reliable home time and various benefits including bonuses and safety incentives.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to company procedures
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• At least 12 months of recent full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• Passing drug test
• Passing physical exam

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
