About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers to join our dedicated team. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to 3% match on 401(k), retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles on dedicated, overtime, and team routes
• Earn an average of $80,000* per year
• Receive bonuses for safe driving and successful referrals

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program
• Must be at least 21 years old

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with DOT regulations and safety protocols

Skills

• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
• Good time management and organization skills

Pay & Schedule

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
