Company CDL A Truck Driver - Full-Time

We are seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers to join a driver-focused team. Responsibilities include: hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight, primarily utilizing drop & hook deliveries, with paid stops. Drivers will benefit from a predictable schedule, home weekly for a 34-hour reset, and consistent miles that support steady income. Compensation and benefits: earn up to $93,600 annually with CPM up to $0.70, plus potential pay raises and per diem bonuses. Starting with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $500 orientation pay, drivers also enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, 401-K with match, PTO, and holiday pay. Equipment & culture: operate with modern, reliable trucks averaging less than 18 months old, in a company that values safety, respect, and trust, with no inward-facing cameras. Qualifications: hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 22 years old, and have a minimum of 6 months recent OTR experience.
