Company CDL A Truck Driver - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% no-touch dry van freight with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Operate modern equipment averaging less than 18 months old.
• Maintain steady communication with dispatchers and adhere to safety standards.
• Enjoy predictable home time with weekly resets, balancing miles with personal time.
• Participate in referral programs and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 22 years old.
• Recent 6 months OTR experience (for both company and lease drivers).
• No recent substance abuse violations.

Pay

• Earn up to $93,600 per year with CPM between $0.64–$0.70.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus and $500 orientation pay.
• Scheduled $0.02/mi raise after 6 months.
• Up to $0.15/mi in per diem.
• Potential for bonuses, including referral payments up to $4,500.
