Company Driver Overview
Redbone Trucking, founded by a driver in 2005, is still run by drivers. Most office staff hold an active CDL, so the company understands the demands of the road and strives to make every driver feel valued as part of a purpose‑driven team.
Compensation
Top drivers can earn up to $95,000 per year*. Base pay ranges from 53–60 CPM. All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance, and are subject to change at company discretion.
Home Time
Flexible home time is offered. Drivers can request loads that return them home when they choose, without a rigid schedule dictating their life.
Freight
Drivers run 100% no‑touch freight with 50–60% drop‑and‑hook loads, minimizing dock time and keeping weeks productive.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, fully equipped for safety and comfort.

Hiring Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- 21 years of age or older
