About the role

Redbone Trucking, founded by a driver in 2005 and still driver‑run, operates a modern fleet of 2020‑2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. Responsibilities

• Run consistent miles on single‑trailer, no‑touch freight.
• Utilize 50‑60% drop & hook loads to minimize dock time.
• Request loads that provide flexible home time according to personal schedule.
• Maintain safety and comfort while driving company‑specified trucks.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• 21 years of age or older

Pay

Top drivers can earn up to $95,000 per year. Base pay ranges from 53‑60 cents per mile (CPM). Exact pay and bonus amounts depend on job type, location, experience, performance and company discretion.
