Redbone Trucking was founded by a driver in 2005 and remains driver‑focused today. Most office staff hold an active CDL, so the company understands the demands of the road and is committed to treating drivers as valued members of a purpose‑driven team. Drivers enjoy flexible home time, can request loads that get them back when they want, and operate 100% no‑touch freight with 50‑60% drop‑and‑hook loads, minimizing dock time. The fleet consists of 2020‑2025 Freightliner Cascadia models, fully equipped for safety and comfort.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $95,000 per year*
• Base CPM ranges from 53–60 CPM

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• 21 years of age or older
