About the role

Redbone Trucking, founded by a driver in 2005 and still run that way, employs office staff who hold active CDLs. The company understands the road and values drivers as part of a purpose‑driven team.

Responsibilities

• Run consistent miles on single‑trailer freight.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight with 50‑60% drop & hook loads to minimize dock time.
• Operate 2020‑2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped for safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• 21 years of age or older

Pay

Top drivers can earn up to $95,000 per year. Base pay ranges from 53‑60 cents per mile (CPM). Actual pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, performance and are subject to company discretion.
