Company Driver Overview

Redbone Trucking, founded by a driver in 2005 and still driver‑run today, offers Class A company driver positions with a focus on driver respect and a purpose‑driven team. Drivers operate 2020‑2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, fully equipped for safety and comfort, handling 100% no‑touch freight with 50‑60% drop‑and‑hook loads to minimize dock time.

Home time is flexible; drivers can request loads that return them home on their own schedule, without a rigid timetable.

Pay

Top drivers can earn up to $95,000 per year*.

Base pay is calculated on a CPM (cents per mile) ranging from 53 – 60 CPM. All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance, and are subject to change at company discretion.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• 21 years of age or older
