About the role

Redbone Trucking, founded by a driver in 2005 and still driver‑run, seeks CDL‑A Company Drivers to haul single‑trailer freight. Most office staff hold an active CDL, so the company understands the road and values drivers as part of a purpose‑driven team.

Responsibilities

• Run consistent miles on single‑trailer freight.
• Request loads that provide flexible home time and get you home when you want.
• Operate 100% no‑touch freight with 50‑60% drop & hook loads to minimize dock time.
• Drive 2020‑2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, fully spec’d for safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.
• 21 years of age or older.

Pay

Top drivers can earn up to $95,000 per year. Base pay ranges from 53‑60 cents per mile (CPM). Actual pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to company discretion.
