Companion For Young Adult

We are a local family in Little Suamico, WI, seeking a dedicated and caring Companion for our young adult daughter with Prader-Willi syndrome. This rewarding role focuses on providing personalized support, fostering independence, and creating a safe, engaging environment that promotes well-being and social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct companionship and support to the individual
• Engage in everyday life skills activities
• Participate in community events and outings

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
• Strong communication skills, with an encouraging and compassionate approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively and engage positively with clients

Pay

$16.32 per hour

Schedule

12 hours per week (Monday–Friday), with a flexible schedule.
