Perfect Fit Home Care is expanding our team and is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical in-home care throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.

About the role

As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every client has unique needs, and you'll play an important role in improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Help with daily routines and encourage independence
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office
• Follow each client's individualized care plan

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Professional communication and a caring attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required—training is available for the right candidate
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available, including daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. We make every effort to place caregivers with clients in or near their preferred service area. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Pay

$14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
