- Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
- Prepare and implement program goals, individuals service plans, progress notes and treatment plans
- Nurture positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
- Ensure appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements
- One year experience working in the human service field
- Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
