Responsibilities

  • Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
  • Prepare and implement program goals, individuals service plans, progress notes and treatment plans
  • Nurture positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
  • Ensure appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promote healthy lifestyle choices

Requirements

  • One year experience working in the human service field
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
  • Direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
