Responsibilities

- Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
- Preparation and implementation of program goals, individuals service plans, progress notes and treatment plans
- Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
- Providing for appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements
- One year experience working in the human service field
- Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Preference given to candidates with direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
Qualifications
- Compassionate, creative, self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Ability to work with individuals with Autism
- Positive communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
