Responsibilities

  • Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
  • Preparation and implementation of program goals, individuals service plans, progress notes and treatment plans
  • Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
  • Providing for appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices

Requirements

  • One year experience working in the human service field
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
  • Preference given to candidates with direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, creative, self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Ability to work with individuals with Autism
