Community Technician - Tillary Street - Thursday-Monday 12am-8:30am

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a safe, orderly residential environment through active monitoring and rounds
• Engage residents using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques
• Respond to conflicts, safety concerns, and crises professionally
• Screens residents and visitors while maintaining dignity and security
• Provide emergency support (First Aid/CPR, Narcan – training provided)
• Complete documentation (logbooks, incident reports, progress notes)
• Support fire safety procedures, inspections, and compliance
• Assist with meals, escorts, inventory, and facility upkeep

Who We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professional boundaries
• Willingness to obtain required certifications
• Preferred Experience with homelessness, mental health, or substance use populations
• Security Guard license, Food Handler Certificate, or similar certifications
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
