About the role
A Community Support Specialist Supervisor is needed to manage a team of Community Support Specialists at Hopewell Center's Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center (PSCR) for adults and youth.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision regarding all aspects of client care
- Provide training and support to the team
- Oversight of the quality of documentation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor is preferred
- 3 years of experience working in related fields such as psychosocial clubhouse, supported employment, or educational programs, with 2 or more years of progressive experience as a supervisor or program director
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in mental health settings
- Ability to supervise and mentor staff
- Knowledge of community resources and services
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
