Community Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Providing community-based rehabilitation and life skills coaching
• Assisting clients with recovery planning, goal setting, and community integration
• Teaching independent living skills and promoting recovery-oriented practices
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Participating in team meetings and clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant human services experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required

Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time (21 hours/week) Community Support Specialist to join our Community Support Program (CSP) in Bethel, CT. CSP provides community-based support services to adults living with severe mental illness, helping them build the skills needed to live independently and thrive in their communities.
