About the role
The Community Support Professional provides direct intensive community treatment to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses served by the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). Works as part of the ACT team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

- Helps individuals served live and participate optimally in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology or human services related field with at least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, substance use or Developmental Disabilities
- Must be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP or will consider QMHP-T
- Maintains QMHP status and all required trainings/CEUs
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology or human services related field
- At least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, substance use or Developmental Disabilities

$50,700 - Depending on Experience
