Community Support Associate - 10-Month

About the role

The Community Support Associate position at Pathways supports individuals receiving services for the treatment of mental health disorders. Key responsibilities include assisting with skill-building activities such as emotional regulation, crisis coping, and interpersonal skills development. Additionally, the role involves helping clients access and utilize community resources and providing transportation when needed. Treatments are provided with respect and courtesy, ensuring timely appointments, prompt phone calls, and responsive communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports skill-building activities including emotional regulation, crisis coping, and interpersonal skills development.
• Affords assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources for clients.
• Provides transportation to clients as needed.
• Treats clients with respect and courtesy.
• Maintains timely appointments and responds promptly to client inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Age eighteen (18) or older.
• High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), or equivalent documentation.
• One (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for the treatment of a mental health disorder.
• Completion of the department-approved training program within six (6) months of hire.

Benefits

Pathways offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $28,125 per year, along with comprehensive benefits package.
