Community Service Professional

We are searching for Community Service Professionals (CSP) to provide individualized support to people of all ages with developmental disabilities, throughout the Capital District, in the person's private home or out in the community.

Responsibilities

• Engage in recreational and community-based activities such as shopping, exercise groups, restaurants, and more.
• Provide learning opportunities to support individuals' goals to achieve independence.
• Support people with different abilities to learn and practice skills, work towards achieving their dreams, and be valued members of the community.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Pay
