About the role
As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with home buyers, turning them into loyal customers. You will be responsible for managing the model home, generating traffic, and fostering relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the model home
- Create and maintain positive relationships with realtors and homeowners
- Plan and execute community events to engage potential buyers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Ensure the model home is well-maintained and presents the best possible image of the properties
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Active Idaho Real Estate License
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- A 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential production home sales experience
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Reliable, ethical, and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
