About the role

The Community Sales Director at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury is responsible for building relationships with adult children of prospective residents, seniors, and professional referral sources. They lead the sales and marketing process to achieve and maintain the community's budgeted occupancy and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with adult children of prospective residents, seniors, and professional referral sources
  • Generates leads through market planning that blends external business development and community-based events
  • Follows a disciplined sales process to gain a family's commitment
  • Leads the sales and marketing process to achieve and maintain the community's budgeted occupancy and revenue growth
  • Plays a key role in the community's leadership team

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the senior care industry
  • Proven track record of successful external business development and lead generation
  • Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process
  • Engaging verbal and written communication style
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems
