About the role
Responsible for driving community sales initiatives, fostering relationships with residents and families, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Engage with residents and families to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Present community features and benefits to potential residents and families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passion for senior living communities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay
