Community Revitalization Specialist

On-siteOTHR$70k–$84k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Come and join the City of Fresno..." description (About the role). Duties list (Responsibilities). Requirements (list). Qualifications? Might be similar to Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. The posting also includes "Benefits" list: Healthcare Plan, Life Insurance, Short Term & Long-Term Disability, Retirement Plans, Paid Time Off. Pay: Annual Salary Range $70,032.00 - $84,492.00. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. Also maybe include "Education" etc. The posting includes "Employment Type Full-Time Experience Level Associate Education Bachelor's Degree Primary Job Location Fresno, CA". That's metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with that metadata. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is not given explicitly but we can infer "Community Revitalization Specialist"? Actually the posting mentions "Upon hire the employee will undergo a 3-week module training course to obtain certification to become a certified Code Enforcement Officer". The title maybe "Community Revitalization Specialist". We'll not use heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, requirements, benefits, pay, etc. Let's extract sections: About the role: The paragraph after "Come and join the City of Fresno..." up to before duties list? Actually the description: "Come and join the City of Fresno in achieving our mission of Building a Better Fresno! Under supervision, performs office and fieldwork related to the development of positive neighborhood relations and interactions through a variety of community-building tools, inspection and enforcement of applicable codes and ordinances, and may be assigned to a specific program activity. Enforce regulations, ordinances and laws, work with vacant and blighted homes and commercial businesses, zoning enforcement, public nuisance." That's about role. We'll put that in

. Responsibilities: The list of duties starting with "Duties may include but are not limited to the following:" then bullet list items. We'll capture each as

  • . Requirements: The section "Requirements Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications..." includes list items: Completion of sixty (60) college units..., Two (2) years of experience..., Additional qualifying experience..., A copy of degree..., Possession of a valid California Driver's License..., Candidates considered for hire must provide proof..., Possession of a California Association of Code Enforcement Officer (CACEO) certificate is desirable..., The selected eligible candidates certified will be required to successfully pass a Department interview and a Department of Justice fingerprint prior to employment... Also "THE EXAMINATION PROCESS" maybe part of Requirements? But it's about examination process; could be separate but we can include under Requirements or maybe a separate section "Examination Process". However we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put examination process under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's about process, maybe include under Requirements as additional detail. We'll keep it as part of Requirements. Qualifications: Might be similar to Requirements; but we could treat "Education Bachelor's Degree" etc as Qualifications. However we already have education in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could have Qualifications section for "Education Bachelor's Degree" and "Experience Level Associate". But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine education and experience into Requirements. We'll not create Qualifications if it's redundant. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer from duties: interpersonal relations, customer service, computer software usage, record keeping, English usage and grammar, reading comprehension, math, safety, report writing. Those are from examination process. Could be considered skills. But we have no explicit Skills section; we could create Skills if we have content. The posting mentions examination may test interpersonal relations and customer service skills, computer software usage, record keeping, English usage and grammar, reading comprehension, math, safety, and report writing. That's skill-related. We could put those under Skills. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list them as they appear. So we can create a Skills section with those items. Benefits: list given. Pay: Annual Salary Range. Schedule: none. We also need to include metadata like Employment Type Full-Time Experience Level Associate Education Bachelor's Degree Primary Job Location Fresno, CA. We'll put that in a short

maybe after About the role or before. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, EOE, application instructions, etc. Remove those. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's craft HTML:

    Pay

    Annual Salary Range: $70,032.00 - $84,492.00

We must not include Schedule section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EOE, EEO, application instructions, etc. Also removed "View 'We Work for You' video..." and link? That's not substantive? It's a link to video; maybe considered supplementary but not required. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The video link is not essential to job description but could be considered supplementary. However it's not a duty/requirement/benefit/pay. It's extra media. Might be considered non-essential; but we could keep it as a link in About the role? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The video link is not those; it's optional. I'd keep it maybe as a note. But to be safe, we could include it as a short paragraph under About the role: "View 'We Work for You' video to get an inside look at how rewarding it is to work for the City of Fresno: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWD7feQKh68". That's substantive? It's extra info but not required. I'd include. Also "Multiple vacancies currently exist with the City of Fresno. Immediate and future vacancies will be filled from this eligible list for a period of three (3) months from the date the eligible list is created, with the option of extending that period at the City's discretion. If the examination process is suspended for this recruitment, the eligible list may be limited to three (3) months." That's substantive about hiring process; we could include under Requirements or a separate section? Not in allowed headings; maybe we can fold into Requirements as a note. But it's about eligible list; not a requirement per se. Could be included in About the role? Might be better to add a paragraph under About the role or after Responsibilities. Since we cannot create new headings, we can add a

after Responsibilities about vacancy details. Let's add a paragraph after Responsibilities: "

Multiple vacancies currently exist with the City of Fresno. Immediate
