Community Resources Coordinator
About the Role
Craniometrix is hiring a Community Resources Coordinator to strengthen the day-to-day work required to keep non-clinical support, documentation, coordination, and follow-up accurate and easy to act on. This position supports customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Craniometrix.
This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.

- Reviewing non-clinical requests or records and identifying what information or follow-up is still needed.
- Updating notes, documentation, schedules, referrals, or program records in approved systems.
- Communicating routine administrative next steps clearly and routing clinical questions to appropriate qualified personnel.
- Tracking open items so patients, caregivers, providers, or internal teams are not left waiting unnecessarily.
Requirements
- Careful handling of sensitive information and strong respect for confidentiality.
- Clear, patient written and verbal communication.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and recognize when a question is outside a non-clinical scope.
- Strong recordkeeping and attention to detail.
