About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission and make a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct service to clients, including intake assessments, case management, and program referrals.
  • Collaborate with other agency staff to develop and implement comprehensive client plans.
  • Ensure all services provided adhere to agency policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to monitor their progress towards goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a social service setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
