Responsibilities
- Provide direct support services to LSI clients.
- Assist clients in overcoming language and cultural differences and reducing barriers to work towards community integration and self-sufficiency.
- Use bilingual or multilingual skills to facilitate support clients in educational activities and workshops in order to maximize clients' understanding and utilization of LSI services and community resources.
- Communicate information to clients from educational classes, appointments, and paperwork.
- Work with community partners, volunteers, and other LSI staff to ensure high-quality services to clients in a plan of action that supports client goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 6 months related experience.
- Ability to communicate successfully in English and at least one other language to meet the needs of populations served.
- Lived experience may be considered qualifying.

Schedule
Daytime availability preferred. Applicants must be available for in-person work, but some remote opportunities may be available. Work schedule will vary frequently depending on available hours.
