HomeWell Care Services – Oklahoma City, OK Job Type: Part-time Hours: 20 hours per week Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience About HomeWell HomeWell Care Services of Oklahoma City provides trusted, compassionate in-home care that helps seniors and other adults maintain their independence and quality of life. We are a locally owned, woman-owned company serving families throughout the Greater Oklahoma City area. We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to help increase awareness of our services, develop referral partnerships, and connect more families with the care they need. Position Summary The Community Relations & Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior-service organizations, and other community referral partners throughout the Oklahoma City area. This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing professional relationships, representing an organization in the community, and following up consistently. The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified client referrals and increase awareness of HomeWell’s services and programs. Responsibilities Develop relationships with new and existing professional referral sources.Conduct face-to-face visits with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, senior living communities, physician offices, senior centers, and other community organizations.Identify, research, and qualify prospective referral partners.Clearly communicate how HomeWell can support patients, residents, families, and healthcare organizations.Generate qualified referrals for HomeWell’s in-home care services.Provide timely and professional follow-up after meetings and referral inquiries.Represent HomeWell at networking meetings, community events, professional organizations, and senior-focused programs.Plan weekly routes and outreach activities to use time effectively.Maintain accurate records of contacts, visits, referrals, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.Keep referral-source contact information current.Prepare weekly activity reports and participate in sales meetings.Work toward established outreach, referral, and growth goals.Identify new opportunities for partnerships and business growth.Maintain a strong understanding of HomeWell’s services, programs, and differentiators.Represent HomeWell with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Qualifications Two or more years of sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, senior living, or community-relations experience preferred.Experience developing referral relationships in healthcare or senior services is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable initiating conversations and meeting with professionals in a variety of settings.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Passion for helping seniors and other adults live safely and with dignity.Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Oklahoma City area. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. Most responsibilities will take place during normal weekday business hours when healthcare professionals and referral partners are available. The schedue is flexible based on the right candidates availability. Occasional attendance at networking or community events may be requested. Compensation The position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on applicable experience, qualifications, and existing relationships within the local healthcare or senior-services community.
