Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day tasks and communication efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to the company’s guiding principles and respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours.
  • Drive throughout the property area, documenting code violations per neighborhood restrictions.
  • Use technology to issue violation letters in a timely manner.
  • Compile reports of violations for the General Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between homeowners and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for submission of architectural applications.
  • Prepare for and attend evening ACC and Compliance meetings.
  • Attend evening board meetings when needed.
  • Perform other duties and attend additional meetings as assigned by the CAM or Board of Directors.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure high service levels, timely resolution of concerns, and effective communication.
  • Attend monthly meetings and training as required.
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Analyze and handle a variety of situations to prevent potential problems.
  • Prioritize and complete various projects and other work-related tasks as needed.
