About the role

Gartner C-Level Communities is a division of Gartner Conferences, dedicated to creating exclusive communities of C-level executives from leading organizations. These communities enable peer-to-peer collaboration, idea sharing, strategy validation, and the solving of critical leadership challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with C-level executives and regional vendor sponsors and prospects
  • Build and grow connections with regional sales executives to increase awareness of the community and boost sales efforts
  • Drive C-Level attendance at in-person and virtual programs to meet attendance quotas
  • Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of the programs, including managing attendees, speakers, and sponsor attendees
  • Serve as host or MC for both in-person and virtual programs, including public speaking
  • Ensure the attendee and sponsor experience is exceptional
  • Travel to in-person programs approximately 4 times per year

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience, with business-to-business experience preferred
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering valuable insights into their businesses
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally about 4 times per year

Pay

Base salary range: $79,000 - $109,000 USD

Schedule

Hybrid work environment with the option to work remotely and in-office.
