Community Prevocational Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro paragraph about Abilities First (mission). That's "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the mission description. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the mission description under About the role
.
- Position Summary: "The Community Prevocational Specialist is responsible for training, supervision and ensuring production quality of assigned individuals (persons receiving services) in work readiness classes and/or community job sites in a positive and creative manner. **This position will be required to adhere to all assigned site health and safety guidelines and requirements.**" That's part of responsibilities.
- Schedule: "Monday - Friday, 7:30am – 4pm with some flexibility needed (40 Hours per week)." That's schedule.
- Salary Range: "$18.12 - $20.12 per hour" That's pay.
- Position Standards: a list of duties/responsibilities. Those are responsibilities.
- Perks & Benefits: list of benefits.
- Requirements: list: High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer one year experience... Must have a current NYS driver’s license... Physical Demands: list.
- Also there is a statement about encouraging applicants etc. That could be part of Requirements or maybe a note.
We need to avoid duplication. We'll create sections:
About the role
with paragraph(s) about mission.
Responsibilities
with ul li list of duties from Position Summary and Position Standards.
Requirements
with ul li list: High School Diploma or equivalent; Prefer one year experience working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational setting; Must have a current NYS driver’s license, free of moving violations; Physical demands: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, turn in the knees, pivot and grasp with both hands; Lift individuals using appropriate techniques; Assist individuals in ambulation; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Ability to push, pull, and maneuver adults in wheelchairs; Possess verbal and written communication skills in English.
We might also include "Must be able to adhere to site health and safety guidelines" but that's more responsibility.
Benefits
with ul li list: Vacation, personal, sick, and holidays built around the school calendar; Medical, dental, and vision plans; 401(k) with employer match and employer-paid life insurance; Tuition reimbursement and online training through the College of Direct Support; On Demand Pay gives you access to earnings as early as the next day.
Pay
with p: Salary Range: $18.12 - $20.12 per hour.
Schedule
with p: Monday - Friday, 7:30am – 4pm with some flexibility needed (40 Hours per week).
We should not include Qualifications or Skills sections unless there is specific content. There's no separate qualifications beyond requirements; we could combine but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could omit Qualifications and Skills if not distinct. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" list; we could embed skills in responsibilities or requirements. So we omit those headings.
Check for any duplicated lines: we must not repeat. Ensure we captured all substantive info.
Check if any other info: "At Abilities First, we recognize that talent and potential come in many forms. If this position inspires you but your experience does not align with every preferred qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You may be the right candidate for this role—or another opportunity within our organization". That's a note encouraging applicants; could be placed under Requirements as a note or maybe under About the role? It's more like a encouragement statement. Could be placed as a p under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Note". But we don't have a heading for that; we could include it as a p under Requirements after the list. It's substantive but not a requirement. Could also be placed under About the role as a closing note. I'd put it under Requirements as a paragraph after the list.
Also "Perks & Benefits" heading we used Benefits.
Check for any mention of "EEO/equal-opportunity" boilerplate: there is a line: "Abilities First is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is welcoming and supportive of people of varying abilities, races, ethnicities, religions, socio-economic status, gender and gender identities." That's EEO boilerplate; we must remove it. So we should not include that.
Also "At Abilities First, you’ll join a mission-driven team that values collaboration, celebrates individuality, and is dedicated to meaningful work." That's part of mission description; we can keep.
Now produce HTML fragment.
