Description
The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a Community Patrol to join their team. This position offers progressive sign on bonuses to full-time employees.
Schedule
- Sunday: 7p-7a
- Monday: 7p-7a
- Tuesday: 7p-7a
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 5a-7a
- Friday: 5a-7a
- Saturday: OFF
What You Will Do
- Patrol community grounds to ensure safety and security
- Respond to resident emergencies and after-hours maintenance concerns
- Identify and report safety, security, and maintenance issues
- Aid residents, visitors, and staff as needed
- Complete incident reports and maintain activity logs
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and support department operations
What Is Good To Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Computer skills
- 1-2 years of related experience
