Community Partnerships & Outreach Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure community leaders, nonprofit practitioners, subject-matter experts, and individuals with lived experience to participate in upcoming Community, Serve Us episodes
• Identify, engage, and secure mission-aligned Influencers/Brand Ambassadors to promote our mission and content, while driving user engagement and conversion
• Drive targeted outreach to potential platform users aligned with our mission
• Help onboard and activate new users, encouraging meaningful participation in dialogue, storytelling, and crowdsourcing tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with content themes and platform goals
• Track outreach efforts, guest confirmations, and engagement outcomes to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in outreach, partnerships, talent booking, community engagement, or relationship-based roles
• Strong existing networks within local government, nonprofit, humanitarian, advocacy, media, or social impact spaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders with empathy, professionalism, and purpose
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for social impact and belief in community-driven solutions
