Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage nonprofit partnerships.
- Document and process corporate sponsorships and charitable community investments.
- Develop and deepen relationships within the market through community organizations, non-profits, and governmental agencies.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with community and nonprofit partners.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with line of business partners in an effort to gain buy-in and support of community development initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank.
- Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for all members of the region.
- Perform duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects.
- Assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary.
- Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects, including organizing and manning outreach events.
- Perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
