Community Outreach Representative

About the role

Represent Feral Fitness by engaging directly with potential customers through face-to-face outreach, door-to-door visits, local business networking, and community events. Introduce our fitness memberships, personal training, and services while answering questions, distributing promotional materials, and helping prospective members make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Record customer interactions and generate new membership leads
• Invite prospects to tour the gym
• Assist with basic gym operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment through light cleaning, equipment organization, and general facility upkeep
