Community Outreach/Business Development Specialist

About the role

Our Cleveland team is currently hiring a Business Development Associate to support client marketing campaigns and help grow customer accounts through direct customer engagement and sales efforts. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on training in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on helping clients expand their customer base while providing a positive and informative experience for customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional skills, and building a career in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail or event-based environments to introduce client products and services
• Assist customers with product information, promotions, and account enrollment
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face sales interactions
• Support marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and performance goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Reliable transportation to local work locations
