About the role
This is more than a management position—it's a leadership opportunity to shape community engagement, drive strategic growth, and influence the future of blood services in the Tulsa region.
Responsibilities
- Lead local efforts to recruit blood donors, engage community sponsors and volunteers
- Oversight of the efficient collection, storage, and delivery of blood products
- Serve as the face of Our Blood Institute in the Tulsa community
- Lead initiatives that strengthen community partnerships, expand donor engagement, and support our continued growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful community engagement and partnership-building
- Experience with blood donation programs and blood center operations
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Pay
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Tuition Reimbursement along with tenure bonuses ($500 bonus after 6 months, $1,000 bonus after 1 year, and $1,5000 bonus after 3 years).
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible work schedule to accommodate community events and partnerships.
