About the role
We are seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of 3-6 Community Support Specialists (CSS) providing mental health services in the community.
Responsibilities
- Leading case management duties
- Working directly with clients
- Guiding team members to develop clinical skills
- Connecting clients with resources
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Creating individualized plans for symptom management
- Motivating staff
- Providing feedback
- Fostering collaboration during team meetings and supervision
- Participating in on-call schedules
- Promoting harm reduction and trauma-informed care
- Supporting staff development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure (preferred)
- Supervisory experience

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport clients
