COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSE

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within Caithness Community Mental Health team. As a CMHN in Caithness you will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team and be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the Caithness area. You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting. The applicant would be required to travel efficiently and effectively to undertake the role. A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
