Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content, including posts on Instagram and Facebook, infographics, and video stories to raise awareness of environmental health issues and lead poisoning prevention.
- Affiliate with team members to create flyers, brochures, and other outreach materials for initiatives like the Nurse Family Partnership, Healthy Baby Network, and teen programs.
- Plan, moderate, and support teen meetings and follow up with participants.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as the Rural Lead Conference.
- Contribute to presentations for outside conferences by enhancing slides and materials.
- Contribute to other specialized projects and initiatives as requested by FLCEHC team.
Qualifications
- High School education required or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in creating and managing media content, including social media, infographics, and outreach materials, using tools like Canva or similar platforms required.
- Background in community outreach, event coordination, and collaboration with diverse groups required.
- Works effectively with others and to accept responsibility for confidential and sensitive matters required.
