Community Marketing Representative

About the role

This field‑based events and outreach position with Stanbrick Dental Group focuses on building and hosting community events across the Denver metro area. You’ll book events at apartment communities, local employers, health fairs, senior communities, recreation centers, and neighborhood gatherings; each event includes food, a quick sign‑up for anyone interested in a new dentist, and a welcome gift for every sign‑up. Your goal is to get people in the door; patient coordinators handle follow‑up. The role is not desk‑based – you’ll be out in the community, building relationships, managing your own calendar, and independently driving the outreach program.

Responsibilities

• Build your list of apartment communities, property managers, employers, community organizations, and local events
• Call, email, and stop by to pitch events
• Keep the calendar full: about three events a week, booked a month or more ahead
• Set up, host, and break down every event
• Run the sign‑up process so every lead lands in our system correctly
• Take photos and short videos at events for our marketing team
• Track what’s working (venues, days, times, sign‑ups) and send a short weekly recap
• Bring us new ideas based on what you see working in the field

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid Colorado driver’s license, and current auto insurance (mileage reimbursed)
• Available for regular evening and some weekend events
• Comfortable with a smartphone, a CRM, and a shared calendar
• Able to lift and carry event supplies, around 30 pounds
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus

Pay

$20 per hour, full‑time (40 hours a week). $20 for every qualified new patient sign‑up (verified and new to Stanbrick), paid monthly with no cap. Historically, three events a week with 5‑10 sign‑ups per event yields about $1,300‑$2,600 a month on top of hourly pay. Mileage reimbursement for business travel and a phone allowance are provided.

Schedule

Apartment events usually happen after work, so expect regular evenings and some weekends. You’ll start around University Dental Arts in downtown Denver and expand to the Denver Tech Center and Highlands Ranch practices as the calendar grows.
