About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties remain in excellent condition
• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, move-ins, and evictions
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and financial outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings to the appropriate parties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay
