About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing asset value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
• Conduct regular inspections and address safety concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Knowledge of apartment leasing and management practices

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
