About the role
The Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) role at Palm Tower in Phoenix, AZ, is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the community, providing top-tier service, and meeting or exceeding targeted revenue expectations.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of community manager experience
- 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000/year. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Schedule
Full-time position.
