Community Manager (NY)
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in Assort’s growth. You’ll be the heartbeat of our newest office in New York City!
- Run the space: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming.
- Foster culture & community: Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team-building activities that bring people together.
- Own space planning & workplace strategy: Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
- Support onboarding & recruiting: Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience.
- Be the face of Assort’s community: Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours.
What You’ll Do
- Be in office five days per week from at least 8 am - 6 pm, with the ability to stay later as needed.
