About the role
We are hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Mezzo Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance repairs and contribute to the upkeep of the community
- Provide five-star service to residents
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements
Requirements
- Lease-Up experience is required
- 3+ years people management experience
- 2+ years minimum of community manager experience in luxury multifamily setting
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability
- BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000/yearly.
