MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a property in Lynnwood, WA. The ideal candidate will build and train their team, manage marketing efforts, oversee budgets, and handle all operational tasks to ensure the property thrives.

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience a must
• Team building and effective management skills a must
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Qualifications

• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of work duties
