About the role
We seek positive and motivated professionals who want to make a complete career change into property and HOA community management. No prior HOA or property experience is required; our education company provides an industry-leading foundation. Initial training lasts one year, culminating in industry expertise within three years, supported by assigned mentors.
Responsibilities
- Live our Same Day Response Policy with passion.
- Engage board members and homeowners in assigned communities.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
- Plan and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.
- Handle vendor relations, including bidding and project management.
- Consult with other departments to support communities.
- Support risk management, insurance, and litigation needs.
- Prepare budgets and manage association finances.
- Be available for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications
- Approximately ten (8+) years of solid professional experience.
- Ability to attend or run evening meetings (typically 30–40 per year).
- High-level organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to learn additional business computer systems quickly.
- Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
- Experience interpreting financial statements and managing budgets.
- Comfort with public speaking in small and large meetings.
- Proven conflict management skills in stressful situations.
- Experience gathering bids for large projects and managing those projects.

- Assigned a Community Manager Mentor as an on-the-job guide.
- Access to a peer community of managers with varying experience levels.
