Community Manager (Floating) - Jacksonville
About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role involves managing an apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Develops and reviews budgets for the property
- Maintains and collects rent and fees
- Approves invoices and manages petty cash
- Enforces lease agreements and resolves resident complaints
- Analyzes market trends and implements leasing strategies
- Supervises property staff and ensures compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite)

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000. Additional compensation includes participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
Schedule
Team members work in an office environment but may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities. They must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
