Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Managing property and resident relations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Leading and mentoring on-site staff to meet operational goals while maintaining professionalism and customer service excellence.
• Overseeing leasing, marketing, rent collection, and resident retention strategies.
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring all physical and operational standards are met.
• Managing vendor relationships, controlling expenses, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting.
• Responding promptly to resident requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Providing leadership through daily team meetings, staff development, and performance management.

Qualifications And Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3+ years of management experience in property or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, property management software, and social media tools.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• The ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and analyze market trends.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to travel as needed.

Pay

$75,000 annually

Schedule

Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend hours. Independence in setting goals and achieving results with minimal supervision.
